PLE-STEM Pioneers Branch is dedicated to educating young people through robotics-related courses, empowering students to explore the expansive fields of science, technology, engineering, and math, and inspiring them to become the next generation of STEM leaders.
PLE partners with Giveducation to offer STEM classes for children in Texas
Princeton Learning Experience have partnered with Giveducation, a non-profit organization since November 2022 by offering 10-week STEM classes to youth in Texas, especially those from underprivileged families. The two organizations have extended since, and continue to provide STEM courses and resources to underrepresented communities.

Below are the courses we CURRENTLY offer at this branch, Saturdays 8:20PM – 9:00PM. Subject to change.
Introduction to Python
Instructors: Vincent Zheng, Ivan Tsang
This course teaches the basics of the programming language Python. It is easy to pick up and requires no previous experience. This course aims to build a strong foundation of Python programming.
Mathematics of the 21st Century
Instructors: James Duong, Mahady Rabbani
This course engages students to learn math in a different perspective through challenges, demonstrations, competitions, and engaging presentations.
Introduction to Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and 3D Printing
Instructors: Daniel Wang, Austin Lin
This course teaches the basics of computer-aided design (CAD) and its usage for 3D printing.
Introduction to Physics
Instructors: Kennon Kwa, Brian Poon
This course engages students to explore the exciting forces and matter of the world through demonstrations and interactive lessons. No prior experience is necessary, but this course can be challenging and is recommended for students in higher grade levels.
2023 PLE x Giveducation Northeast Academy Robotics Summer Camp
On 6/29/23 – 6/30/23, members of our team, in collaboration with Giveducation, have volunteered to design and facilitate an in-person summer camp for 90 young students who came mostly from Title I schools in the city of Philadelphia.
We engaged the students in various activities pertaining to STEM. Check out the video and pictures below! We are planning to host another similar camp this upcoming summer, stay tuned!
